Moeders voor Moeders has been collecting urine from pregnant women since 1931. Our office is based in Oss, and since 2013, we have been part of the pharmaceutical company Aspen API. Aspen API produces raw materials for medicines, such as hCG, which is extracted from the urine of pregnant women. The factory where the urine is processed into usable hCG is located in Boxtel.
The Moeders voor Moeders team is a team with big hearts. Once people become part of the team, they tend to stay for a long time. The average number of years of service is well over fifteen years! Our team is made up mostly of women (with one man among us), all sharing the same mission: to collect as much urine as possible to help women who dream of becoming mothers.
The team in Oss consists of sixteen employees, divided into different teams. There is a Field Office team, which includes marketing, a Contact Center team, and an Administration team. Additionally, 60 advisors work across the country, each managing their own region. The advisors inform newly pregnant women about Moeders voor Moeders and the process of donating urine, and they assist with registrations. They are also the point of contact in their region for professionals in maternity care, such as midwives and other healthcare providers.
